HANDIs
Handi's are traditional iron skillets from Northern India, used in the Indian home allowing each handi to be cooked individually. Handi's are spicy and often very hot! Handi dishes are slow cooked in the traditional method allowing the best flavours and aromas from freshly ground spices to permeate the meat or vegetables.
