TANDOORI
When formerly known locally as Chelsea Tandoori, Indigo had the very first tandoor oven in the UK and was the first Tandoori restaurant in London.
 
The tandoor is the traditional clay oven known for the mysterious and unique flavour it gives to a variety of meat, vegetables and bread. Choose from our free range selection of meats, fresh seafood or organic vegetables, prepared in a freshly made marinade, cooked and smoked to perfection in the tandoor oven.
